• Free Trials: Alfion may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be billed for the applicable subscription.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying AI models of the Services.
• Use the Services to build a competitive product or service.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alfion Intelligence Ltd and its licensors. The SEC filings and public data processed by the platform remain public domain.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alfion Intelligence Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

7. Accuracy of Materials

While we strive to provide highly accurate AI analysis, the materials appearing on Alfion's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Alfion does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are entirely accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
